A sporty and exciting outdoor activity. Will you make it across the ditch? Or can you look back on the fresh dive with the necessary humor?
After a short exercise on dry land, you set off through the Frisian fields and jump over various ditches.

The trip across the ditches
Fierljeppen is a fanatical, exciting and beautiful outdoor activity.
After a good explanation about the way of jumping, you set off with the group. We have created a special course for you next to the Tjeukemeer. This goes right through our lands located in Delfstrahuizen. For the frightened or injured people there is a bridge at every jumping spot. This way they can join the group, but they don't have to jump. In the background you can hear the rustling of the reeds, the wind blowing through your hair and the sun shining on your face.
